By enrolling your child at Giant Step Community School or using any school services (including SACCO, community programs, or digital platforms), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
2. Enrollment & Fees

Admission is subject to availability and submission of required documents (birth certificate, previous reports, etc.).

Fees must be paid per the school’s schedule. Late payments may incur penalties.

Fee structures are subject to change with prior notice.
3. Student Conduct & Discipline

Students must adhere to the school’s code of conduct, including respect for staff, peers, and property.

Gross misconduct (e.g., bullying, vandalism) may result in suspension or expulsion.
4. Health & Safety

Parents must disclose any medical conditions/allergies during enrollment.

The school reserves the right to administer first aid or seek emergency medical care if needed.
5. SACCO Membership (If Applicable)

Membership requires a minimum deposit (Ksh. 2,000) and 6 months of savings before loan eligibility.

Loans are subject to a 10% interest rate and must be repaid per agreed terms.
6. Use of Images & Media

The school may use students’ photos/videos for educational, promotional, or archival purposes unless parents opt out in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability

The school is not liable for:

Loss/damage to personal belongings.

Injuries sustained during non-school-sanctioned activities.

8. Amendments
Terms may be updated periodically. Parents will be notified of significant changes.
